Part 1. How to Know When Someone Is Online on WhatsApp？
The first feature you should know is to use WspSeen to check if someone is online on WhatsApp.
Step 1: Create An Account & Buy A Monitoring Plan
1) Create an account with an email address and password and log in ClevGuard website.
2) Tap the Try It Now button below and get a suitable plan to use WspSeen, You can choose 1-week, 1-month or 1-quarter plan.
3) After get a tracking plan of WspSeen, go to Member Center > My Products. You can see the WspSeen app, tap Start Monitoring button to move on. You will be navigated to the tracking page.
Step 2. Link Your WhatsApp Account
1) Tap the Add Contact icon on the left menu, you will get a QR code shown on the screen.
2) Open your WhatsApp, for Android users: tap on three-dot icon in the upper-right corner, tap Settings > Linked devices > LINK A DEVICE; for iPhone users: tap Settings > Linked Devices > Link Device, then scan the QR code above to link your WhatsApp account with WspSeen.
3) Tap the Add button behind the each contact, you can link these contact's online activity with WspSeen app.
Note: You can also input the contact's number one by one, if you only want to track the specific contacts.
1) Click the Add Contacts icon on the left menu, choose Add with phone number option under the QR code.
2) Then input one contact's WhatsApp number, tap Start Monitoring button, you can access the contact's online activity at once.
Step 3. Track WhatsApp Online History
All the online history including online status and last seen of your contacts can be shown on the screen. You can know when someone is online or offline on WhatsApp.
Part 2. How to Get Notification When Someone Is Online on WhatsApp?
First, finish the step1and step 2 on part one, then you can use the online notification feature of WspSeen.
Step 1.You can see Online Notification button on the upper-right corner, turn on it.
Step 2. Once the target contact comes to WhatsApp, you can get a email. It is the best app to help you get WhatsApp online notifications. You will also receive the notification when the target person is offline on WhatsApp.
Part 3. How to See WhatsApp Status Without Seen?
Once you link your WhatsApp account with WspSeen, you can also track all your contacts' statuses without being detected. On WspSeen's dashboard, choose Status option, you can see a list of statuses of your contacts, including texts, images and videos on your contacts' Status. You can see these status without being seen.
Part 4. Check Others' WhatsApp Online Activities in Detail
I. Access WhatsApp Online History
Tap the Online History option, you can view all the WhatsApp online history of the target contact. You can know when someone is online or offline on WhatsApp every day.
II. Access WhatsApp Online Analysis
Tap Online Analysis option below the target contact's profile, you can get various reports to tell his WhatsApp online time, online duration daily and weekly.
III. See WhatsApp Online Time
Tap Online Time option below the target contact's profile, you can get the online/offline records, including his WhatsApp online time, offline time and duration of each day.
IV. Export WhatsApp Online Activities
WspSeen offers features for each user to export contacts' online history as a report. Just click the Data Export button in the upper left corner, choose the contact and modules you can to export, then tap Export, you can get a complete report of the specific contact's online history.
